We have been in Havasu for many years. Bill has been in Havasu since 1968 and went to school from the 2nd grade through high school. Sue moved here in 1976 and finished high school here and that is where we met. We graduated from Lake Havasu high and got married the next year.
We moved to California and we were there for 20 years. While in California we ran a successful commercial contracting business. We visited Havasu quite a lot due to the fact that our moms, dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles all lived here. We have always had a home in Havasu and have enjoyed the lake as vacationers. We went to Glamis for 20 years whether we left from California or we stopped in Havasu first and then on the Glamis.
We have always loved Havasu for the year round activities whether it was the lake in summer, fishing and off roading in the winter or just the peacefulness of Havasu anytime. We would escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and love the friendly people in town.
We have seen Havasu grow from a small town to what it is today.
In 2000 we moved back to Havasu permanently due to our children starting
high school. We felt Havasu was a great environment to finish raising our
children.
We have a vast knowledge of the area.
